Challenge to shifting Bombays' Debt Recovery Tribunal reaches Supreme CourtDecember 30 2016
The opposition to the shifting of Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) from South Mumbai to Vashi has reached the Supreme Court of India. In a petition filed by the DRT Bar Association (petitioner), a vacation bench of the Supreme Court comprising Justices RK Agarwal and DY Chandrachud today issued notice to the Central government.
Senior Advocate Guru Krishnakumar appeared for the petitioner.
