CBI Court extends judicial custody of DK Shivakumar until October 15October 1 2019
The Special CBI Court at Rouse Avenue Court Complex today extended the judicial custody of Congress leader DK Shivakumar until October 15. His custody is in relation to a money laundering case being probed by the ED.
Special CBI Judge Ajay Kumar Kuhar passed the order after Shivakumar was produced before the Court on the expiry of his 14-day judicial custody in Tihar.
ED today sought an extension of Shivakumar's judicial custody on the ground that the investigation was still going on and still more people . . .
