CBI approaches Delhi High Court against CIC order directing agency to reveal information of allegations of corruption

Justice Rajiv Shakdher of the Delhi High Court recently stayed an order of the Central Information Commission which had directed the CBI to provide details relating to the status of corruption charges against public servants. The matter has now been listed for April 3, 2013.
