Call for papers NLUJs Indian Journal of Arbitration Law Last date of submission is June 15 2012

The Indian Journal of Arbitration Law has called for submissions for its inaugural edition which is to be published in July, 2012. The theme for the inaugural issue is ““India’s tryst with Arbitration: Are we heading in the right direction?” and contributions are sought in the form of Articles, Notes and Comments. The journal is being published under the aegis of the Centre for Advanced Research and Training in Arbitration Law at the National Law University, Jodhpur.
