Breaking: SC imposes costs of Rs. 25,000 on Kerala government in TP Senkumar case

The Supreme Court today imposed costs of Rs. 25,000 on the Kerala government in the petition filed by the state seeking clarification of the Court's judgment in the TP Senkumar case.

A Bench of Justices Madan B Lokur and Deepak Gupta heard the clarification petition filed by the state and the contempt petition filed by Senkumar.
