Bombay HC refuses to grant stay Diwali release for All the Best

The Bombay High Court today refused to stay the release of Ajay Devgan’s film, ‘All the Best’. Karan Ramsay, who has filed a copyright infringement suit against scriptwriter Paritosh Painter and Ajay Devgan-owned Devgan Films in the Bombay High Court, had asked the Court to stay the release of the film, which is slated for a Diwali release this Friday.
