Divorced Husband not liable to bear child’s educational expenses if not consulted: Bombay HC [Read Order]November 2 2019
The Bombay High Court recently observed that if a divorced husband is not consulted by ex-wife on decisions concerning the education of their child, he is not liable to bear the entire cost for the educational expenses.
