BMR Legal and Amarchand act on Coromandel, Mitsui & Yanmar JV

Crop protection products manufacturer Coromandel International is forming a joint venture with two Japanese firms Yanmar Co and Mitsui & Co Asia Pacific, to manufacture and market farm mechanization equipments.
