Meera Emmanuel December 3 2019

The National Commission for Backward Classes has summoned Vice-Chancellors of National Law Universities (NLUs) and state authorities to a complaint that NLUs across the country are flouting mandatory reservation policies in place for socially and economically backward candidates.

In June this year, the Commission had summoned the Vice-Chancellor of NALSAR, Hyderabad, in a complaint filed by Advocate Ramesh Babu Viswanathula.
