This matter now tackles the issue of water shaortage in the state. Since there are no pending issues regarding IPL, the only issue now is water shortage and the drought effected areas in the state..Acting AG Rohit Deo filed an affidavit today, he informed the bench that 29,600 villages in Maharashtra have been declared drought hit.
