However, after a request for the same was made in chamber on behalf of the affected companies, the Single Judge had temporarily suspended the order to allow the companies to appeal against the order, without having to unplug sales. A Division Bench of the High Court had reserved verdict in the appeals shortly before the Christmas break. While reserving orders, the Bench had also suspended the ban until the delivery of its verdict.
