AZB, Trilegal lead on Aditya Birla-Värde Partners JV for distressed assets business

Aditya Birla Capital, the financial services arm of Aditya Birla Group has formed a joint venture with Värde Partners to set up an asset reconstruction company to pursue investments in stressed and distressed assets.
