AZB advises on IRFCLs tax-free bonds

Indian Railway Finance Corporation Limited (IRFCL), the financing arm of the Ministry of  Railways, has made a public issue of tax free, secured, redeemable, non-convertible bonds of face value of Rs. 1,000 each aggregating to Rs. 8,886 crore ($1.6 billion).
