The format is of an open discussion – so no power points and speakers are not given any briefs – essentially it is an antithesis of a conference/seminar format..Also speakers are only there to open the discussion and the maximum amount of time allocation is for the Q&A session where participants can express their viewpoint and also respond to the speakers..The primary objective is to provide a platform to express, inform and engage with everybody on a specific topic.
