ASG L Nageswara Rao resigns due to “personal reasons”; Will restart private practice from January 2015December 15 2014
Additional Solicitor General (ASG) L Nageswara Rao has resigned from the post of ASG today due to “personal reasons”. In his resignation letter to Law Minister DV Sadananda Gowda, Rao has requested that he be relieved at the earliest.
In his letter, Rao has also stated that he shared a very cordial relationship with,
“his colleague ASGs, the Solicitor General and Attorney General for India. I was also extended full cooperation by the Central Agency and the bureaucracy at various levels.”This content is restricted to subscribers
