When would an order of an Arbitral Tribunal amount to an interim award? Delhi HC answers

In a judgment passed on Monday, the Delhi High Court highlighted the principles to be borne in mind in deciding whether an order passed by an arbitral tribunal would qualify as an interim award within the meaning of Section 2(1)(c) of the Arbitration Act, 1996.

Pertinently, Justice Sanjeev Narula observed,
