ARA, Platinum, Luthra, Rajaram act on Steadview Cap, Ronnie Screwvala acquisition in Neuland Health

Steadview Cap, Malabar Funds and Ronnie Screwvala have acquired 33 percent stake in Neuland Health Science Pvt Ltd, the holding company of Neuland Laboratories Ltd from InvAscent, a pharma and healthcare-focused private equity firm.
