APT Legal expands with presence in Mumbai, Allahabad, Jaipur and Patna

Delhi-based law firm APT Legal has announced its expansion to Mumbai, Jaipur, Allahabad and Patna. Headquartered at New Delhi, the firm has expertise in handling litigation before the Supreme Court, various High Courts and other Appellate Tribunals..Started as a Chamber Practice, the firm has been in expansion mode for the last couple of years, representing private sector and public sector clients pan-India..The Delhi practice of the firm is supported by two partners – Anand Varma (Managing Partner) and Tarun Varma (Partner) – along with a team of 10 Associates. The firm has now expanded its presence in Mumbai, Jaipur, Allahabad and Patna with new partner hires..In Mumbai, the firm has hired Yakshay Chheda to head the office. Chheda has been practising since 2010, during which time he has spent three years in the Supreme Court working with Senior Advocate Gopal Subramanium. He has now been based in Mumbai for the past four years, regularly appearing before the Bombay High Court as well as lower courts and Tribunals..Sandeep Singh Shekhawat, a graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur, has joined APT Legal to head the Jaipur office. He focuses on litigation, arbitration and mediation.
