The Alternate Dispute Resolution Association at the School of Law, UPES is delightful to announce a 2-Day Webinar on “Domestic Arbitration post COVID 19: A pitch for an out of the box approach in the new formal” on 2nd October & “International Commercial Arbitration” on 3rd October 2020.

The webinar will be privileged by the guidance of legal professionals and scholars who have achieved expertise in the field of Arbitration and also, worked in the capacity of Arbitrator and Mediator.
