The University is organising the second edition of the National Moot Court Competition. This year, the competition shall take place in the physical mode with the participation of various teams from different law schools across the nation.
The competition entails a memorial selection round, during which memorials would be checked twice for each representing side and the top twenty selected teams will proceed towards the next rounds and will get a chance to participate in the enthralling oral rounds at the best-in-class campus of MNLU, Nagpur before highly eminent scholars, advocates, and judges.
The theme of the Competition is an intersection between technology law, criminal law and constitutional law, which was selected in an effort to brew an enigmatic discussion about the newly developing field of law.
