Jindal Global Law School (JGLS), OP Jindal Global University and law firm MZM Legal have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to facilitate internships for the University's law students.
The primary goal of this MoU is to provide students with opportunities for mentorship and real-world exposure. Through various mentorship and fellowship programmes, students will have the chance to engage closely with legal practitioners from MZM Legal, gaining insights into practical aspects of the legal profession.
The key initiatives that will be undertaken as per the MoU are :
Mentorship Programs: Structured mentorship programs will be tailored to guide students in specific legal domains, offering personalised career advice and insights.
Fellowship Opportunities: Select students will have the chance to participate in fellowship programs at MZM Legal LLP, gaining hands-on experience through live projects and real case studies.
Knowledge Sharing: Regular seminars, curated courses, workshops and interactive sessions will be conducted by MZM Legal LLP professionals.
These initiatives aim to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, equipping students with skills and experiences early in their academic careers.

The MOU was formally signed by Chief Technology Officer at MZM Legal Suchorita Mookerjee and HR Head Pooja Kochrekar, and JGLS Assistant Professor and Director, Office of Career Services Prof Gaurav Shukla.
