The Centre for Research in Environmental Law is elated to announce that it is in the process to publish the Volume 03 of its Newsletter. It is with great pleasure that we would like to announce that the Centre is currently seeking contributions in the form of articles for Volume 03 of the Newsletter.

About the Centre for Research in Environmental Law

The Centre for Research in Environmental Law (CREL) under the Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU), Jabalpur, is an endeavour of the University to respond to the need for legal scholarship in the areas of conservation of environment and forest, abatement of pollution, preserving bio diversity, maintaining ecological balance, improving environmental awareness and education, etc. With this commitment, the centre undertakes interdisciplinary study involving legal academia and the other stakeholders involved in the conservation of the environment and preservation of its wholesomeness.

About the Newsletter

The Newsletter, "Paryarth” covers all the substantial developments in the area of environmental law which includes the regulatory framework, recent judicial decisions, and developments in the national and international environmental legal regime. The creative section of the newsletter includes poems, posters and research articles contributed by the students of DNLU. The aim and purpose of this newsletter is to share environmental information and to develop environmental consciousness.

Human Rights and Environment to be released on International Human Rights Day 10th December 2021.

Submission Guidelines

· The word-limit for the manuscripts is between 1000-1200 words.

· All submissions must be made in Times New Roman, with heading size 14, font size 12 and Spacing 1.5.

· Co-authorship of a maximum of 2 is permitted.

· The prescribed citation format is the ILI format of citation.

· All the entries should be submitted in (.doc) or (.docx) format.

· The entries must be original, unpublished, and an outcome of the author(s) own efforts.

How to Submit?

The submissions must be made by sending an email to crel@mpdnlu.ac.in mentioning details of the author(s), and the sub-them and the subject of the mail should read ‘Submission for CREL Newsletter.'

Deadline

The last date for submitting the manuscript is 27th September 2021, 11:59 P.M.
