Call for Contributing Authors: The Rightantra Blog
Rightantra is an online platform and community for children, parents, and child rights activists. As the name indicates, we highlight tantras (principles) relating to child rights and welfare.
Thus, we work extensively towards child rights and well-being, reaching out to children and adults alike for this purpose. Our aim is to bring into light and mainstream discourse issues which plague children of all sections, classes, age, and gender on a daily basis; and break down complex nuances of law into comprehensible form, enabling societal capacity to empower children.
Presently, we are increasing conversation and awareness through our blog but our ultimate goal is to make changes at the grass-root level.
About The Position
Rightantra is looking for Contributing Authors to join our team, who will be authoring articles for the blog under the guidance of the editorial team on topics either chosen by the authors themselves or assigned by the team.
Eligibility
● A student from any discipline, having the fluency in English and possessing the following skills would be preferred,
● MS Word,
● Has previous experience writing/ any publication,
● Research and drafting skills.
Tenure
A minimum of 4 weeks, extendable at the discretion of the team at Rightantra.
