Call for Articles: Corporate Distress and Survival Law Review- CDSLR (Rolling Submissions)

The ‘Corporate Distress and Survival Law Review’ (CDSLR), seeks to rigorously exploit the ongoing developments in the field of on insolvency and restructuring law. To this end we invite original and unpublished articles, case comments, regulatory updates, and report analysis on law relating to recovery, insolvency, and restructuring of debt in India and abroad.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

The submissions can be made at any time and within any duration.

However, each submission is subject to the following conditions:

(i) The submission shall only be unpublished, authentic, and original work of the author/authors. Once the submission is made with CDSLR it will be deemed to be in strict compliance with this condition.

(ii) The submission, exclusive of the citations, shall not exceed 2000 words.

(iii) The co-authorship of the submission is limited to only 2 (two) authors.

(iv) The submission shall be in Times New Roman, Font 14 (for the heading), Font 12 (for the main body), and Font 10 (for the citations). There shall be a line spacing of 1.5 for the main body and 1.0 for the citations.

(v) The submission shall be referenced using hyperlinks. In the event that a cited material does not have an online copy or reference, endnotes must be used instead of footnotes.

(vi) All the citations shall strictly adhere to Bluebook 20th edition.

(vii) The submission shall be made only in word doc./docx.

(viii) The submission shall be mailed to corpdistress.survival@gmail.com.

The non-compliance, with any of the conditions stipulated above, shall lead to rejection of the submission, at the sole discretion of the editorial board.
