The Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution invites you to the third SIAC-CADR Lecture on "Emergent Issues in International Commercial Arbitration". In this series, members of the SIAC give a series of lectures on emergent issues in international arbitration, as well interact with the students of the JGU.

Ms. Wendy Lin is a Partner in the Commercial & Corporate Disputes and International Arbitration Practices at Wong Partnership LLP. Wendy has an active practice in a wide-array of high-value, multi-jurisdictional, and complex disputes, both before the Singapore Courts as well as in arbitrations conducted under various arbitral rules. Amongst her many accolades, Wendy was selected as one of the four most highly regarded litigation partners in Asia-Pacific under the age of 45 in the inaugural publication of “Who's Who Legal: Litigation – Future Leaders”.
