SSRA Legal merges with K Datta & Associates

Delhi-based law firm K Datta & Associates has announced the merger of boutique litigation house SSRA Legal into its fold.

The move bolsters K Datta's dispute resolution capabilities and broadens the firm's expertise across corporate advisory, transactions and taxation.

The firm was founded in 2000 by Advocate Krishnendu Datta, who was designated as a Senior Advocate in 2021.

SSRA Legal was founded by Sonam Sharma, who has joined K Datta & Associates as a Partner, along with his team. The merged entity will offer client a suite of legal services backed by subject matter experts across practice areas and sectors.
