Senior Advocate and arbitrator Ratan K Singh joins Keating Chambers as international member

Delhi-based Senior Advocate Ratan K Singh has recently been appointed as an international member of the Keating Chambers in London, with effect from January 1, 2022.

Singh was appointed after receiving the confirmation vote of all the members at Keating, making him one among the 10 international and honorary members.

Welcoming Singh, Head of the Chambers Alexander Nissen QC said,

Keating Chambers is a leading set of commercial barristers’ chambers in the United Kingdom, comprising 65 barristers, 30 Queen’s Counsel, 35 Juniors, and 10 international members or honorary associates.

Singh was designated as a Senior Advocate of the Delhi High Court in March last year. He has over 25 years of experience, appearing before the Supreme Court and various High Courts in cases relating to writs, commercial litigation, and arbitration concerning a variety of sectors like mining power plants, steel plants, highways, buildings, hotels, power transmission, joint ventures, and others.

His experience extends to arbitrations governed by arbitral institutions in India, Japan, Singapore, France and England. He is also Founder and Chairman of the India branch of Society of Construction Law and Director of the India branch of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
