On October 10, Justice PS Dinesh Kumar, Judge, Karnataka High Court will deliver the Keynote Address at Bangalore. On October 12, Justice GS Patel, Judge, Bombay High Court will deliver the Keynote Address at Mumbai. On October 14, Justice Manmohan, Judge, Delhi High Court will deliver the Keynote Address at Delhi.
