MCIA - India ADR Week, 2022 kick starts today

India’s second ADR week will be Pan-India. The five-day event will comprise 4 sessions each day on various themes concerning Arbitration law and practice

The Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration is organizing the India ADR Week, 2022 from October 10-14, 2022, across three Indian cities: Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi

This is the second year of the ADR Week and will be a five-day event comprising 4 sessions on each day on various themes concerning Arbitration law and practice including those on -

On October 10, Justice PS Dinesh Kumar, Judge, Karnataka High Court will deliver the Keynote Address at Bangalore. On October 12, Justice GS Patel, Judge, Bombay High Court will deliver the Keynote Address at Mumbai. On October 14, Justice Manmohan, Judge, Delhi High Court will deliver the Keynote Address at Delhi.

50 domestic and international organizations are supporting the India ADR Week

The sessions are being hosted by various law firms including Nishith Desai Associates, PwC, Masin, Clifford Chance, Fountain Court Chambers, P&A Law Offices, SIAC, SIMC, Osborne Partners, CADRE, CORD, Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, CAMP, Allen & Overy, Trilegal, Konvêrj-Zeûs, Khaitan & Co, ICC International Court of Arbitration, ICC YAAF, Kroll, Osborne Clarke, King & Spalding, AZB & Partners, Swiss Arbitration Centre and Fox & Mandal.

India ADR Week 2021 saw the participation of 26 arbitral institutions; 15 ADR organizations; 12 domestic and international firms; over 100 speakers and 2000+ participants
