Senior Advocate Ramesh Gupta elected as Chairman of Bar Council of Delhi

Elections to various posts in the Bar Council of Delhi were conducted on September 7.

Senior Advocate Ramesh Gupta has been elected as the Chairman of Bar Council of Delhi.

While Himal Akhtar has been declared the Vice-Chairman, Manoj Kumar Singh has been elected as the Chairman of the Executive Committee.

The newly elected Co-Chairmen are Rakesh Kumar Kochar, Sanjeev Nasiar, Rakesh Sherawat and Vishnu Sharma.

The Executive Committee of the Council shall comprise Jagdev, Sanjeev Nasiar, Rakesh Sherawat, Rajpal Kasana and Ajayinder Sangwan.

Rajiv Khosla and Jagdev shall be part of the Bar Council of India's Advocate Welfare Committee for Delhi.

Office bearers have also been elected to the Library Committee, Rules Committee, Enrolment Committee, Indigent & Disabled Lawyers Committee and the Disciplinary Committee.

Elections to various posts in the Bar Council of Delhi were conducted on September 7.

All Office bearers were elected unopposed.
