[Breaking] Punjab and Haryana High Court designates 19 lawyers as Senior Advocates

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has designated nineteen lawyers as Senior Advocates.

The decision was taken at a full court meeting held on Wednesday.

The persons who have been conferred the gown are:

- Jai Vir Yadav

- Baljit Kaur Mann

- Pawan Kumar Mutneja

- Rajvinder Singh Bains

- Baltej Singh

- Gursharan Kaur

- Tribhuvan Dahiya

- Gurinder Singh Attariwala

- Rakesh Nehra

- Sumeet Goel

- Vinod Sharma (Bhardwaj)

- Amit Jain

- Naresh Singh Shekhawat

- Pankaj Jain

- Jagmohan Bansal

- Harpreet Singh Brar

- Aashish Chopra

- Amit Jhanji

- Gaurav Chopra

Interestingly, 27 names were initially recommended by the committee constituted under the Rules and forwarded to the full court. However, nine names in that list were dropped by the full court.
