Delhi Arbitration Weekend 2024 to be held on March 6-10, 2024

The inaugural ceremony would be held at the Supreme Court of India and working sessions will take place at the High Court of Delhi, from March 6-10, 2024.

The second edition of the Delhi Arbitration Weekend (‘DAW’) 2024, will be hosted in March this year by the Delhi International Arbitration Center, Delhi High Court, in collaboration with the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi.

The inaugural ceremony would be held at the Supreme Court of India and working sessions will take place at the High Court of Delhi, from March 6-10, 2024. 

The second edition of the event aims to build on last year’s network of experts, practitioners, and academia by engaging them in dialogues led by renowned legal luminaries, judges, and experts in the field of arbitration, from across the globe.

Last year, the DAW saw participation by more than 500 delegates from 17 countries, with panelists from leading arbitral institutions of the world such as the ICC International Court of Arbitration, the London Court of International Arbitration, the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, and the Attorney General’s Chambers of Singapore.

DAW 2024 will be graced by various International Arbitration Institutions and key representatives and partners of the top International and Indian law firms specializing in dispute resolution to deliberate on challenges confronting the arbitration community.

The event this year focuses on recent trends and developments in both domestic and international arbitration and aspires to identify and evaluate the best practices in arbitration that could be integrated into the mainstream.

Spread over multiple sessions and powered by distinguished experts and speakers from various countries, DAW would be the center stage for ideating upon contemporary issues and challenges in the arbitration space.

The panelists this year build on last year’s ensemble and add representatives from the American Arbitration Association, SIAC Court of Arbitration, the Permanent Court of Arbitration, and would also see the Attorney General for India and the Solicitor General of India gracing the event.

Registrations to attend the event are open. The last date for submitting a registration application is February 20, 2024.
