Gayathri Ramachandran rejoins Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in Capital Markets practice

Gayathri Ramachandran has rejoined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in Capital Markets practice at the firm's Bengaluru office.

Ramachandran graduated from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences in 2014. She rejoined the firm from Premji Invest, where she was a Senior Manager - Legal.

She has over ten years of experience as a corporate lawyer with core expertise in capital markets practice. She has a unique blend of transactional and in-house experience. She has been part of several marquee capital market transactions and has also advised private equity clients on their exits through IPOs.

Previously, Ramachandran has worked at LivSpace.com and Yashoda Hospitals as in-house counsel.
