Clasis Disputes Head Mustafa Motiwala joins Dentons Link Legal as a Senior Partner

Clasis Law Partner and Disputes Head Mustafa Motiwala has joined Dentons Link Legal as a Senior Partner in the Dispute Resolution team along with Associate Partners Aniketh Nair and Nihal Shaikh.

Motiwala, with over three decades of experience, specializes in litigation, international and domestic arbitration, enforcement of foreign awards and judgements, real estate, intellectual property rights, media and entertainment and corporate work.

He has been advising clients in relation to all forms of dispute resolution including real estate, insurance, credit insurance, admiralty and international trade, aviation, corporate and commercial, banking and finance, shareholders disputes, intellectual property rights, insolvency, white collar crimes, commercial disputes and media & entertainment laws.

Aniketh Nair, Nihal Shaikh

Nair has a diverse legal practice with experience in various areas, including commercial litigation, arbitration, intellectual property, advertising, insolvency, economic offenses, credit insurance and mergers and acquisitions.  

Shaikh, with over a decade of experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, advises and handles disputes related to commercial claims, shipping and international trade, credit insurance, EPC and infrastructure projects, insolvency and bankruptcy, white-collar and real estate.
