Centre notifies appointment of Pushpa Virendra Ganediwala as Additional Judge, Bombay HC

The Central government has notified the appointment of Judicial Officer Pushpa Ganediwala as an Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court.

She will serve as an Additional Judge for a period of two years with effect from the date she assumes office.

Her appointment has been green signalled by the Union Ministry of Law and Justice through a notification issued today. The notification reads,

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Smt. Pushpa Virendra Ganediwala, to be an Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court, for a period of two years with effect from the date she assumes charge of her office.”
