Amritkaal Conclave on Union Budget to be held on February 10 and 11; Minister Bhagwat Kishanrao Karad, MP Tejasvi Surya to attend

"Amritkaal Conclave: Union Budget 2023 will be jointly organized by MoneyBee Institute Pvt Ltd and SA Law on February 10 and 11 at New Maharashtra Sadan in New Delhi.

The conclave is aimed at bringing together various stakeholders from the Executive, industry experts, thought leaders and legal fraternity to discuss, analyse and ideate the various legal and economic implications , objectives and the vision of the Union Budget 2023.

The inaugural keynote address will be delivered by Minister of State, Finance, Dr Bhagwat Kishanrao Karad on Friday at 7 pm and will be followed by an address by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Lok Sabha Member of Parliament (MP) Tejasvi Surya.

Over the course of two days, the conclave will hold three discussions with three different panels.

The first will analyse the impact of the Budget on the path to AmritKaal and will be comprised of Senior Advocate Neelima Tripathi, Prabhat Ranjan Acharya, Director of Arun Jaitley National Institute of Financial Management, and Anandh K, Managing Partner of SA Law.

The session will be moderated by advocate Shruti Iyer, Founding Partner of SA Law.

The second will discuss the finance and economic perspective of the budget and will be comprised of Nirupama Soundararajan, CEO of Pahle India Foundation, Gagan Kumar, Settlor of Krishnomics Legal, and Charanya Lakshmikumaran of Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan.

The session will be moderated by Shivani Dani Wakhare of Money Bee Institute Pvt. Ltd

The third panel will discuss the implications of the budget for doing business in India and will be comprised of Manisha T Karia, Advocate-on-record at the Supreme Court, Smita Roy, Partner & Leader (North) Indirect Tax, BDO India, and Aditi Dani, advocate at the Supreme Court.

The session will be moderated by advocate Shruti Iyer, Founding Partner of SA Law.
