PQE: 0-2 years of experience in legal recruitment or a related field.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Preferably LLB.

Location: Delhi

  • Source, identify, and engage top-tier legal professionals for a variety of roles.

  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments through insightful interviews and evaluations.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

  • Stay ahead of legal industry trends, ensuring proactive and strategic recruitment.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placements.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with legal industry terminology, job market dynamics and LinkedIn.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

  • Self-motivated with a commitment to meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
