Vacancy For The Post Of 2 Senior Associates & 2 Associates at Lawmen & White

Delhi-based Law Firm Lawmen & White, Advocates & Solicitors is looking to hire Senior Associates/Associates. Lawmen & White is a full-service law firm based out of Defence Colony, New Delhi.

Apart from the Supreme Court, the firm practices before various High Courts (pan-India) and all major Appellate Fora in New Delhi such as NCLAT, NCDRC, APTEL, CAT, AFT, NGT etc. All three partners of the firm are first-generation lawyers.

We would be considering only those candidates, who are either based out of Delhi, or are willing to move to Delhi on a short notice.

2 [Senior Associate], 2 [Associate]

Post-Qualification Experience

Minimum 5 years for Senior Associate, 0-2 years for Associate

Note: Preference will be given to first generation lawyers with no family background in the profession.

Remuneration

Senior Associate: Monthly Retainership Fee of ₹55,000/- onwards (negotiable basis PQE) & variable monthly bonus.

Associate: Monthly Retainership Fee (negotiable basis PQE) & variable monthly bonus.

Key Expectations

· Must be proficient and have a functional command over language – English and Hindi. The same must translate into the drafting as well.

· Must possess the ability to come up with solutions to legal problems.

· Must possess the ability to work under pressure and meet urgent deadlines.

· Must possess the ability to work with/lead a team.

· Must be well-read.

· Must possess legal acumen

· Must conduct themselves with the highest degree of professionalism and exhibit a strong work ethic.

· Must be able to multi-task efficiently.
