Standing Counsel in Delhi High Court is looking to hire associates with 3-4 years of experience in New Delhi.

Job Qualification and Minimum Requirements:

  • Drafting, filing (all facets), marking lists, reporting letters, follow up with officers, the list is endless.

  • It is not the best paying, but in terms of exposure, it is a crash course in litigation.

  • LLB graduate with minimum 3-4 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Candidates with experience in service law and patent law preferred.

  • The candidate should be able to take on all roles in a law office.

  • Litigation involves filing and candidates with experience in filing and curing defects, online as well as offline are preferred.

  • Candidate should possess own laptop and have excellent typing and communication skills with a high level of English.

  • Candidate should be a multitasker.

  • Work hours will be long with very few breaks or holidays.

  • Degree of commitment expected is 24/7/365.

Number of Position/s: 2 (Two).

Remuneration offered (INR per annum): Upto 3,00,000/- per annum.
