Pravda Law Associates is looking to hire Associates / Senior Associates in Chennai and Bangalore.
Number of Positions: 4 (Four) in Chennai; 2 (Two) in Bangalore
PQE: 4-8 years
Location: Chennai and Bangalore
Qualification: LLB
Job Description
Conduct comprehensive legal research to understand relevant laws, precedents, and regulations related to the case.
Drafting legal documents including petitions, affidavits, and written statements.
Attending court hearings and assisting in court proceedings.
Liaising with clients and providing legal advice.
Maintaining case files and updating case status.
Requirements
Proficiency in civil, criminal, family, IPR, commercial litigation matters before the District Courts, High Court, and Supreme Court.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts and arguments.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a client-centric approach to legal representation and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
Proven leadership and management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing junior team members and leading by example.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
Remuneration: As per Industry standards.
