Nyaaya Kannada Lead

As the Nyaaya Kannada Lead, you will oversee content development, dissemination, campaigns and collaborations. Nyaaya Hindi Lead
Nyaaya is actively seeking a highly experienced senior lawyer to lead our efforts in creating legal awareness and access to justice in Hindi-speaking regions.
As the Nyaaya Hindi Lead, you will oversee content development, dissemination, campaigns, and collaborations.
Based in Bihar or Delhi, this full-time position offers competitive industry-standard remuneration, with a standard 6-month probationary period.
Mandatory requirements for both roles
Experience Requirement: Minimum five years of experience in either practicing or teaching law
Fluency in Kannada/Hindi: As the Kannada/Hindi Lead, you must possess exceptional proficiency in the Kannada/Hindi language, both written and verbal.
Willingness to Travel: The role requires frequent travel to various locations in Karnataka for the Kannada Lead and Bihar and/or Delhi for the Hindi Lead and possibly other regions to conduct on-ground legal awareness programs and video shoots. You must be willing and able to travel as needed to reach diverse communities and maximize the impact of Nyaaya's initiatives.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities are essential for effectively guiding and collaborating with our diverse team of lawyers. You should exhibit a proactive approach in leading and motivating team members to achieve common goals.
Ability to Collaborate: The role involves close interaction with multiple state and NGO partners and government stakeholders like the District Legal Services Authority etc. Your capacity to establish and maintain productive relationships with these stakeholders will be crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of Nyaaya's goals and objectives.
