Mumbai based boutique law firm, K Singhania & Co is looking to hire Senior Associate with 5 - 7 years of PQE for its Mumbai Office.

Job Qualification and Minimum Requirements

  • Having experience of working in a law firm for 5 to 7 years in the field of Corporate Law and IPR.

  • Candidate should be capable of drafting & reviewing documents independently.

  • He/ She should have an experience in dealing with registration of Trade Mark , Copyright, IP infringement and legal issues arising out of it.

  • BA LLB or equivalent (5 years)

  • Candidates based in Mumbai will be given preference Those who do not possess the relevant experience as mentioned above are discouraged from applying.

  • Candidates selected would be required to join on a two month probation basis before being confirmed as a regular employee.

  • During this two months you will be paid a nominal remuneration.

  • This is a non-negotiable criterion, to understand your working as well as the candidate to gauge the office environment.

  • Candidate should be willing to work physically from office. (Office is located at Nariman Point Mumbai)

Number of Position/s: 1 (One).

Remuneration offered (INR per annum):

Flexible - depends on candidate's experience and suitability for the role.
