Admission to the Bar in Punjab and Haryana.
0-3 years of legal experience.
Proficient legal research and writing skills.

Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
Responsibilities
As a Legal Associate at Emerge Legal, your role is integral to supporting our legal team in delivering superlative legal services.
This opportunity is particularly well-suited for recent law school graduates or individuals possessing up to three years of legal experience, offering a chance to gain practical exposure within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive legal research on diverse issues, providing succinct summaries and well-founded recommendations.
Analyse statutes, regulations, and case law to fortify legal arguments.
Draft and meticulously review legal documents, encompassing contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
Assist in the preparation of legal briefs, motions, and other pertinent court filings.
Facilitate effective communication with clients, obtaining requisite information and furnishing updates on case progression.
Assist in preparing clients for meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
Organise and maintain case files with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the systematic filing of pertinent documents.
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to devise case strategies and adhere to stipulated deadlines.
Attend court hearings and legal proceedings as necessitated by case requirements.
Provide support to senior attorneys during trials and other legal proceedings.
Remuneration: As per industry standards.
