Joining by 01.12.2023, lawyers having a PQE of 2-5 Years and who are settled in Delhi-NCR or Bengaluru for practicing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India & various High Courts.

Chambers of MS Kalra, India's first 'work from home' litigation office is looking for full-time Associates.

The mode of connecting to the office on a daily basis, unless attending court, is through Google Meet.

As the founder of the firm is an AOR, the major roles would include appearing before the Supreme Court, drafting of pleadings, research on legal propositions, briefing senior counsel, attending outstation matters and most importantly arguing matters whenever required.

Positions: 6 (Six) - Delhi; 3 (Three) - Bengaluru

PQE: 2-5 Years

Location: Delhi-NCR

Qualification: BA-LLB/BBA-LLB/BSC-LLB/LLB

Job description and requirements

  • Full-time associates in the retainership model having expertise or Masters in company law, environment law, arbitration, IPR and commercial suits will be preferred.

  • Candidate being located in Delhi-NCR or Bengaluru is a must.

  • Major roles would include appearing before the Supreme Court, drafting of pleadings, research on legal propositions, briefing senior counsel, attending outstation matters and arguing matters as required.

Remuneration: 5 - 15 lakhs per annum (in addition to monetary rewards for laptop, phones, outstation trips, monthly performance and annual output)
