The Chamber of a retired Chief Justice of a High Court is looking to hire Advocates for Arbitration in Delhi.

Positions: 2 (Two)

PQE: 3-5 Years

Qualification: LL.B. (LL.M. in Arbitration preferred)

Location: New Delhi

Job Description

We are seeking motivated advocates with a strong background in arbitration to join our chamber. 

The ideal candidate should possess: 

  • Extensive hands-on experience in arbitration proceedings, legal research and good drafting skills. 

  • Proficiency in English with good communication and computer skills. 

  • Good knowledge of arbitration law, contract law and construction law. (Understanding of corporate law/ commercial disputes also would be a plus). 

  • Experience in original side practice (preferred). 

  • Preference to candidates with good arbitration experience and publications.

Note: This is a full-time office role.

Remuneration: In line with industry standards and commensurate with the experience and merit of the candidate.
