Vertices, IndusLaw, CAM, IC Universal act on mCaffeine ₹240 crore series C funding

The post money valuation stands at ₹1,000 crore

Caffeine-infused D2C personal care brand mCaffeine has raised ₹240 crore in Series C round of funding, led by Paragon Partners, valuing the start-up ₹1,000 crore.

Singularity Growth Opportunities Fund, Sharrp Ventures, besides existing investors Amicus Capital Partners and RPSG Capital Ventures, also participated in the funding round.

Vertices Partners advised mCaffeine and the Promoters with a team led by Founder and Managing Partner Vinayak Burman.

IndusLaw advised Paragon Partners with a team led by Partners Karthik Ganapathy and Faraz Khan with Vwastav Ghosh (Senior Associate), Vandana Singh (Associate).

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Amicus Capital Partners and RPSG Capital Ventures with a team led by Partner Akshay Bhat.

IC Universal Legal advised Singularity AMC with a team led by Partner Rowena De Souza.

The fund will be used for scaling up mcCaffeine's R&D capabilities to strengthen the brand and distribution. Further, the company plans to launch another 15-20 products in the upcoming year.
