Sabine Hospital and Research Centre recently saw a $50 million transaction from a consortium of investors. Tanas Capital participated in this transaction pursuant to which the consortium acquired a majority interest in Sabine.

Universal Legal assisted Tanas Capital with this investment.

The transaction team consisted of Rashi Kapoor Mehta (Partner) and Henna Kapadia Poojara (Associate Partner).
