Trilegal, Khaitan, Cleary act on Continuum Green Energy fund raise from Al Gore's Just Climate

Continuum Green Energy received an investment of ₹12.56 billion.

Climate Asset Fund I, a unit of Just Climate, is investing ₹12.56 billion (approximately $150 million) in Continuum Green Energy to support solar-hybrid energy generation and storage projects across India.

Trilegal advised Continuum Green Energy and its founders, Arvind Bansal and Vikash Saraf on this transaction.

The deal was led by Corporate Partners Amit Khansaheb and Rahul Chugh, who were supported by attorneys Sidharth Dhody, Kriti Chatrath, and Siddhant Maheshwari, Senior Associates; Philip Ashok Alex and Navya Bhayana, Associates.
