LIC Housing Finance Limited has sanctioned credit facilities (for onward lending) amounting to ₹350 crores, to Shubham Housing Development Finance Company Limited.

SNG & Partners advised LIC Housing Finance on this transaction.

The transaction consisted of Ashok Satyanathan (Partner), Sweta Mehta (Associate Partner), Avni Gupta (Associate) and Arnab Das (Associate).
