SNG & Partners advises Axis Bank on debt funding to Prestige Group

The financial assistance provided to Prestige Falcon Business Parks is ₹700 crore.

Axis Bank Limited has sanctioned construction finance amounting to ₹700 crore to Prestige Falcon Business Parks in relation to the commercial real estate development of “Prestige Tech Forest” at Bengaluru.

SNG & Partners advised Axis Bank on this transaction. The Firm also advised on the partial sell down of the facilities to RBL Bank Limited. The Firm advised both lenders in the transaction and provided legal advisory and documentation support; negotiating and finalizing the facility and security documents and the inter-creditor documentation.

The transaction team consisted of Ashok Satyanathan (Partner), Sweta Mehta (Associate Partner), Avni Gupta (Associate) and Manan Pant (Associate).
