Hospital Deal: Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, S&R on DLF - Medanta partnership

The partnership will establish a 50:50 special purpose vehicle to manage a 400-bed multi-super specialty hospital in New Delhi.

DLF Limited has entered into a partnership with Medanta to establish a 50:50 special purpose vehicle to design, construct, develop, operate, and manage a ~400-bed multi-super specialty hospital in Greater Kailash-I in New Delhi, aimed at providing the highest quality healthcare.

DLF and Medanta shall contribute equally to the initial share capital of the Company. Post-incorporation, each of DLF and Medanta will acquire and hold a 50% stake in the SPV.
